These terms apply to homeowners, property managers, and other visitors ("you") who use a website, customer portal, estimate tool, or booking form operated by a service business ("the Business") on PrideNestProOS, a software platform provided by Pride Nest Properties, LLC ("Pride Nest").
1. Who You Are Dealing With
The Business shown on this website is an independent company. It, not Pride Nest, is responsible for the services it offers, its pricing, scheduling, workmanship, licensing, insurance, warranties, refunds, and customer service. Pride Nest provides only the website and software and is not a party to any agreement between you and the Business.
2. Estimates and AI Tools
Instant estimates, price ranges, and AI-generated photo analyses are preliminary and for information only. They may be inaccurate because they rely on the details and photos you provide. They are not a binding quote, inspection, or measurement. A price is only final when the Business confirms it in a written quote that you approve.
3. Requests, Bookings, and Quotes

To access, correct, or delete your information, contact the Business.
6. Communications
By submitting a request, you agree that the Business may contact you by email, phone, or text about your request, quotes, appointments, and payments. Marketing messages include a way to opt out.
7. Customer Portal Accounts
If you create an account, keep your login secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.
8. Acceptable Use
Do not submit false requests, upload content you do not have rights to, attempt to access other people's information, or interfere with the website's operation.
9. Disclaimers
The website and tools are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Pride Nest is not liable for the services performed by the Business, for decisions made based on preliminary estimates, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
